Specially for You ~ PKS Challenge 02 Photo Inspiration

Hi there! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I have a card to share with you that was created with Peachy Keen Stamps February Stamp of the Month.

If you have seen this set then you know that it has a St. Patrick's theme. Well, when I saw the cloud stamp I just kept seeing scoops of ice cream so I went with it.

Isn't this face the cutest! I was having a hard time choosing which face I wanted to use because they are all too cute!

All of the colors I used were inspired by the current Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge.

Here are all the products that were used:

Peachy Keen Stamps ~ PKSC-02 February Stamp of the Month
Scrappy Moms Stamps ~ "Sweet Somthings"
My Craft Spot ~ Carribean Crinkle Ribbon
Sizzix "Argle" embossing folder
Studio G brad
Ranger Distress Ink "Tea Dye"
Ranger Distress Ink
White Gelly Roll Pen
Foam Tape

There's still time to participate in the challenge. I hope to see you there!

Thanks for stopping!

You're the Star... ~ SMS Terrific Tuesday Challenge

Hi there! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today's Terrific Tuesday Challenge over at Scrappy Moms Stamps is to use the Rock Princess Cricut Cartridge. If you don't have this cartridge, no worries, you can use a simular cut from another cartridge or an svg.

For my card I used the Rock Princess cartridge. I sized my girl at 4 inches. I used K&Company Confetti mat stack for all of my patterned paper.

My sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps "Hooray for Birthdays" set. I punched my sentiment with  a  1 1/2 inch circle punch and matted it on a 1 3/4 inch scalloped punch.

The girl's face is stamped with Peachy Keen Stamps PK-560 Dolly Dumplins Face Assortment.

Other items used:
white gel pen
pink sharpie for the lips
ribbon from my stash
foam tape
atg

Scrappy Moms Stamps is now carrying Action Wobbles!

This gorgeous rose is from SVG Attic Your's Truly.  I added some leaves from Accent Essentials and attached them both to this Petal Pink Crinkle Ribbon from My Craft Spot.

This cute little puppy is from the Wuff You Pattern Collection at Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.
I used the January Peachy Picks collection for everything except the solid cardstock for the puppy. This is a beautiful collectiot which includes cardstock, tags, ribbon, and wonderful embellishments that complement one another.

My puppy's eyes is from PK-294 The Cornies 1 1/8" faces and the mouth comes from PK-441 Cute and Cuddly 1 1/8" faces.  The Love sentiment comes from PKSC-01 January Stamp of the Month. I heat embossed it with white embossing powder.

I created my pocket by turning down the corner of my designer paper and then added a tag that is included in the January Peachy Picks collection.

    Other items used:

    white gel pen for doodling
    Ranger Distress Ink "Tea Dye"
ribbon and buttons from my stash

I Heart U! ~ Shop Pumpkin Spice Thursday Inspiration

Hi Crafters! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today's project is made with products that can be purchased at Shop Pumpkin Spice. If you have never visited Shop Pumpkin Spice I encourage you to do so. Shop Pumpkin Spice has all the wonderful paper lines that we all love, along with embellishments and priced at least 30% off.

My project today is made with the January 2012 Card Kit "Fun Love."

I got inspiration for this min from Little Piece of My Heart.

On the front you can see some of the elements from the January 2012 card kit. I inked everything with Ranger Distress Ink in Tea Dye. The crocheted flower, which comes in the kit, was inked with Ranger Distress Inks in Tea Dye, Tattered Rose, and Aged Mahogany. I then added a brad from Echo Park's Seasons Greetings. I cut the letters from Pooh Font Cricut Cartridge and added Ranger Glossy Accents for dimension and shine. In the center of the BINGO card (in the kit!) I added an i-Rock Glam Rocks Heart gems.

Aren't these papers just gorgeous! This mini is created with a 12x12 piece of kraft cardstock. This My Mind's Eye "Love Me" 6x6 paper pad is part of the kit. As you can see, I used my Fiscars circle punch and scalloped punches for notches and tag pulls. I embellished these pages with more i-Rock Glam Rocks Heart gems. I added a red heart button that is included in the kit.

I created a little pocket from a doily ( included in the kit ) and added tags. On the tags I tied some Marachino Baker's Twine.

The sentiments are from Scrappy Moms Stamps, "Crazy For You," "Dancing in Circles," and "Amusing Animals."

I may embellish the tags a bit but right now I just love the look of the designer paper.

There is so much more included in the January 2012 Card Kit "Fun Love." I'll be having fun with it for a long time. There's still time to get yours!

Make sure to stop over at Pumpkin Spice blog to see more inspiration from projects using products found at Shop Pumpkin Spice.

    Thanks for visiting today!
    Happy Crafting!

Hoo Loves You? ~ Scrappy Moms Stamps Preview

Hi there, Crafty Friends! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

I have another preview from the newly released "Crazy For You!" stamp set made by Scrappy Moms Stamps.

For this card I used Create A Critter Cricut cartridge for the owl and hearts. For the branch I used Home Decor for the branch. My patterned paper is from Bo Bunny's Crazy Love 6x6 pad. I inked my pieces with Ranger Distress Ink  in Tea Dye and Vintage Photo.

The eyes on the owl are from Peachy Keen Stamps PK-755 Large Critter Faces. I stamped them then heat embossed them with black embossing powder. White gel pen was used to color in the whites and to accent the cuts.

Ranger Glossy Accents were added to the hearts for some shine and dimension.

Of course, my sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps "Crazy For You!"

Here is a look at these wonderful stamps.

I Chews You! ~ Scrappy Moms Stamps Valentine Blog Hop

Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together and Scrappy Moms Stamps Valentine Blog Hop!

    Giveaway now closed! Thank you!

If you arrived here from Lauren's blog, Lauren's Creative, then you are in the right spot. If you just happened upon my blog and would like to start from the beginning then hop on over to Scrappy Moms Stamps.

Scrappy Moms Stamps just released their newest set, "Crazy for You!" yesterday and it is fabulous! All your Valentine sentiments and even Anniversary sentiments can found on this set.

For my project I chose to use the "I Chews You!" sentiment.

For my card,  I welded the base shape in my Gypsy using the Elegant Edges Cricut cartridge. My patterned paper comes from Martha Stwarts Holidays mat pad from  last year.

My gumball machine is from and old Stampin' Up! set that I have had for years. I would have forgotten I had this image if my daughter hadn't reminded me. I stamped this image first on white cardstock,  second on patterned card stock, and lastly, on acetate. I paper pieced it altogether. The little heart gumballs are from this same set. I just stamped them multiple times and cut them out and layered them until I was happy with it.

All the edges of my pieces were inked with Ranger Distress Ink in Tea Dye.

For the white scalloped piece I used a Fiscars punch and then ran it through my Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots Embossing Folder.

You can see the acetate in this close up.

My sentiment come from Scrappy Moms Stamps newly released "Crazy For You!" set.

Make sure to leave a comment before you go. Scrappy Moms Stamps is giving away a "Crazy For You!" set to one lucky blogger.  You will want to leave a comment on ech designers blog for the most chances. You have until Sunday, Jan. 15th to leave a comment.

This is Gonna Sting... ~ Peachy Keen Stamps Linky Party

This is my second post for the day. To see the Scrappy Moms Stamps January release click ~~ HERE

Hi there! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

This week over at the Peachy Keen Challenge Blog, we are having a party, a Linky Party, that is. Instead of the usual challenge, Peachy Keen is switching it up and we want you all to join us!

For my card I used the newly released PK-295 Cupid's Sting. This is the ca-utest image and I love the sentiment that comes with it!

I colored him with my Prisma colored pencils and blended them with mineral spirits. I added Gold Stickles to his halo, Xmas Red Stickle to the arrow, and Diamond Stickles to the wings and cloud.

I used B is for Boy Cricut Lite cartridge for the "stamp" mat. My patterened paper is from Marta Stewart's Hiolidays mat pad. This is from last year but I still love it!

All my pieces were inked with Ranger Distress Ink in Tea Dye. The sentiment was taped off so that I could stack it instead of stamped straight across.

For some finishing touches I added Pink Sorbet Baker's Twine from The Twinery, a button, and roses from my stash.

There's plenty more inspiration to be seen at the Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge Blog.
I hope you will join us in the party. You can link any project as long as it has a Peachy Keen Stamp on it. I can't wait to see what you create!

    See you tomorrow!

I Love You ~ SPS Design Day

Hello Crafty Friends! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!
I am excited today because this is my first official post designing for Shop Pumpkin Spice and Pumpkin Spice Blog!
For my first project I decided to make a Valentine card using gorgeous paper from Echo Park.

This card measures 4.25"x 5.5" and opens portrait syle.

I wanted my hearts to have a chipboard look so I used my cutting machine to cut my "faux" chipboard ie. cereal boxes. I then ran my shapes through my Xyron sticker machine to adhere my designer paper to my faux chipboard.

For the stitching on my card, I decided to use my sewing machine.

I even decorated the inside. :)

    My supply list:

Echo Park "Season's Greetings" Decorative Brads
Scrappy Moms Stamps "Dancing in Circles"
Accent Essentials Cricut cartridge  ~ hearts
    EK Success 1.25 Circle Punch
    Fiscars 1.5 scalloped circle punch
    Fiscars 1.75 scalloped circle punch
    Ranger Distress Ink "Fired Brick"

Don't forget to come back this weekend for the Pumpkin Spice Blog Hop!

    Thanks for stopping today!

    Until next time...
